Education

Aviva is a CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario) certified Speech Language Pathologist. She completed her Bachelor’s of Psychology at York University in Toronto, and both her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Speech Language Pathology at Lehman College in New York.
 

Professional Experience

Prior to beginning her work with Collage, Aviva provided speech and language services in various settings including public, private, and Montessori schools throughout Toronto, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills. She has provided assessments and therapy for both children and adults. Specific populations that Aviva is passionate about working with include receptive and expressive language delays, difficulties related to articulation and oral motor skills, apraxia of speech, autism, pragmatic delays, and difficulties related to phonological awareness, reading, and writing. Aviva is also proficient in Hebrew. She is pleased to bring her experience and skills to Collage.
