ADHD/ADD
ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. ADHD is associated with inattention, over-activity and/or impulsiveness.
ADHD is diagnosed more frequently in boys than in girls, with a ratio of about 3:1. It is the most commonly studied and diagnosed behavioral disorder in children, affecting an estimated 3% to 5% of children globally and diagnosed in about 2% to 16% of school aged children.
Our Child psychologists are all licensed professionals and offer assessments and therapy at convenient times, including week-ends and some evenings. Services are covered by most private insurance plans.
Child psychologists at Collage Pediatric Therapy provide children and parents with coping techniques to assist with behavioral management at home and in school.
